• Oats – Ready to be flaked.
• Buckwheat, barley, wheat, rye, etc. – these grains need to be briefly rinsed in a kitchen sieve and then place them on a towel to dry. Once dry (best overnight), they can be flaked.
• Golden millet, quinoa, brown millet, hemp seeds, sesame seeds, linseeds, buckwheat etc. – can be shredded for better bio-availability
