The operation and fine adjustment of the grain mill is done via a touch display, no more turning, no more levers to operate. The Millenia grain mill can be set to the desired working step simply by touch, just like on a mobile phone. As smart and advanced as the Millenia grain mill is, it looks very natural thanks to the woods used, such as pine, larch or walnut, and fits into any kitchen. A new age of grain mills has dawned, also in terms of design. Simple, modern and yet an eye-catcher in the kitchen.
Intuitive operation guides the user through the working process and also gives instructions for cleaning. The Millenia also has digital operating instructions that are shown on the display.
The Millenia D1+ grain mill has an integrated scale so that the ground material can already be weighed in the hopper, which makes the work process extremely easy and makes an extra scale superfluous.

Strong performance

The powerful industrial motor with 400 watts of power always ensures strong drive and performance. Paired with corundum ceramic grinding stones, this ensures perfect grinding performance and the finest flour. The corundum-ceramic grinding stones were newly developed by Werkstück in Tyrol (corundum-ceramic stone is a highly compacted and very hot (up to 2000°C) fired man made stone consisting of corundum and binder).
