During the testing phase in November 2012 a tonne of wheat was ground on the finest setting without turning the Fidibus XL-plus off at any time. Performance and fineness kept constant during the 3 days and 4 nights of trial run.

The bigger brother of the Fidibus XL is ideal for households that want to grind really large amounts as well as for commercial use. It has a tireless 600 Watt motor which can produce 200g of fine flour per minute and can be run continuously – for hours or even days!
