The advantage of our linen cover (washable):
Anyone who has ever let their dough rise in a wicker basket knows the problem. You want to turn the dough out of the basket and the dough often gets stuck between the grooves, no matter how much flour you use to coat the basket beforehand. With our wicker baskets including linen cover, this is a thing of the past. The dough falls out of the basket almost by itself without the dough getting stuck.

Our baskets are made of untreated rattan.
